In winter we always had snow up to about waist high, and when the snow-plough came along, I almost had to hibernate as the snow on the road was blown on top of my car! Sometimes I dug it out but often i didn't bother, and walked along the road to work. Quite often I'd get a lift - if the weather was dry. If it was snowing no-one wanted a wet and bedraggled me messing up their car!Evelyn/Ev/Eveehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17628952260132857512noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-489943261763343563.post-46378032102953770082014-05-01T22:45:25.711+01:002014-05-01T22:45:25.711+01:00I really enjoyed the walk, what a gorgeous setting...I really enjoyed the walk, what a gorgeous setting that is, you were really lucky to have lived there, it must have been tough in winter though.Katrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18138715309807238198noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-489943261763343563.post-58381231189380126642014-04-19T20:01:11.402+01:002014-04-19T20:01:11.402+01:00Evee, it looks idyllicEvee, it looks idyllicPeggy Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00426356514707257708noreply@blogger.com
