Just to say sorry I haven’t been here for a while. I’ve been so busy that I haven’t had time to edit photos, write blogs or emails. However I have had a few opportunities to take loads of photos – apart from those I still have to show you of the Western Isles, I have some of autumn colours which will probably brighten the duller November days to come, and some from a short visit to Harrogate in Yorkshire – an 18th and 19th century spa town, with the worst tasting sulphur spa water in the world! I tried it and it was re-volt-ing!!! How people could drink 3 glasses of the stuff even before breakfast, I don’t know, but they did!
So, I’ll be back as soon as I can – the next pressing thing is to get the U3A newsletter finished - editing, printing, pages stapled together and folded…..
